At Chloe Jade Home, we want you to love every piece in your sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all tags and inserts.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
